Abstract: ABSTRACT IoT-Enabled Smart Farming Robot for Automated Sowing, Watering and Environmental Monitoring The present invention relates to an IoT-enabled smart farming robot system (100) comprising an ESP32 microcontroller with Wi-Fi (1), DHT11 temperature and humidity sensor (2), LCD display (3), IoT communication module (4), cloud server (5), mobile application (6), motor driver (7), DC geared motors (8), relay module (9), water pump (10), rechargeable battery (11), power management unit (12), seed dispensing mechanism (13), soil opening mechanism (14), soil closing mechanism (15), and wheeled robot chassis (16). The ESP32 microcontroller (1) coordinates robotic movement and agricultural operations while acquiring environmental parameters through the DHT11 sensor (2). During field movement, the soil opening mechanism (14) forms a furrow, the seed dispensing mechanism (13) deposits seeds, and the soil closing mechanism (15) covers the seeds. The water pump (10) provides controlled watering through the relay module (9). Environmental information is displayed locally and transmitted through the IoT communication module (4) to the cloud server (5) and mobile application (6), enabling remote monitoring and control.
