Abstract: ABSTRACT OF THE INVENTION The present invention provides a machine learning-based system and method for real-time detection and classification of multiple gases using multi-sensor MQ data. The system acquires gas concentration data through a plurality of MQ-series gas sensors and processes the sensor data using an embedded processing unit. The processed data is transmitted to a backend server for machine learning-based classification using a Random Forest model. The system identifies gases including smoke, alcohol, ammonia, LPG, butane, and methane and generates corresponding real-time alerts through a user interface. The invention enables continuous monitoring, automated gas identification, and timely alert generation for improved safety in residential, industrial, and other monitored environments.
