Inventors include Dr. Chintakindi Srinivas; G. Sandhya Rani; Noothi Sravan Kumar; Dr, Manyam Sukesh; Rajitha Bonagiri; and Dr. R. Manjula.

The application for the patent was published on July 03, 2026, under issue no. 27/2026.

Abstract: Abstract The invention presents an loT-enabled system for early detection of organ failure in transplant patients using ML algorithms. The system continuously monitors critical physiological parameters such as heart rate, oxygen saturation, blood pressure, body temperature, and electrocardiogram signals through biomedical sensors. The collected data is transmitted tO-a-Raspberry Pi 4 Model B, where initial preprocessing and-feature extraction are performed to improve data quality and reliability. The processed data is analyzed using a ML model to predict the risk level of organ failure. The model classifies patient conditions into low, medium, and high-risk categories, enabling early identification of potential complications. A SIM7600 4G LTE module ensures real-time transmission of patient data and predictive results to cloud platforms, allowing remote monitoring by healthcare professionals. The system generates automatic alerts when abnormal patterns are detected, ensuring timely medical intervention. This integrated approach enhances post-transplant patient care by providing continuous monitoring, accurate prediction, and rapid response capabilities. The invention improves patient survival rates, reduces complications, and supports intelligent decision-making in modem healthcare environments.
