Abstract: ABSTRACT IoT-Enabled Precision Syringe Infusion Pump with Automated Safety Monitoring The present invention relates to an IoT-enabled precision syringe infusion pump system (100) for controlled automated delivery of fluid from a syringe and plunger assembly (108). The system comprises an ESP32 microcontroller (104), A4988 stepper motor driver (105), stepper motor (106), rack-and-pinion mechanism (107), keypad (102), I2C OLED display (103), power supply unit (101), IoT communication module (110), IoT server/cloud (111), remote monitoring unit (112), and an occlusion/pressure/position sensing arrangement (109). User-defined infusion parameters are received through the keypad (102) and processed by the ESP32 microcontroller (104), which controls the stepper motor (106) through the driver (105). Rotational motion is converted into linear syringe-plunger displacement through the rack-and-pinion mechanism (107), enabling controlled fluid delivery. The OLED display (103) provides local information, while IoT connectivity enables remote supervision. The sensing arrangement (109) facilitates detection of blockage and abnormal operating conditions for improved infusion safety. Figure-1
