Abstract: The present invention relates to an IoT-enabled automated wine quality analyzer comprising a controller, a sample receiving and measurement chamber, a mass measurement arrangement, a plurality of sensing elements, an adaptive measurement sequencing mechanism, a measurement validation mechanism, a machine-learning analysis module, an adaptive sensor cleaning mechanism and an IoT communication module. The sensing elements comprise alcohol, pH, temperature, odour and colour sensing elements for acquiring characteristics of a wine sample, while the mass measurement arrangement determines sample mass for density calculation using a predetermined sample volume. The controller performs sample loading validation, calibration and sensor-health verification before measurement and inhibits operation when predetermined measurement conditions are not satisfied. The adaptive measurement sequencing mechanism controls measurement order, sensor engagement, sensor retraction and equilibration according to sensor condition and measurement stability. The acquired measurements are processed and validated before machine-learning analysis. The machine-learning module generates a wine quality classification and associated confidence value, while a validated-domain mechanism identifies samples outside the validated operating domain and generates a laboratory-verification indication instead of forcing classification. Following measurement, the adaptive cleaning mechanism performs rinsing, purging and drying according to sensor baseline conditions and verifies the post-cleaning baseline before permitting subsequent analysis. The IoT communication module stores and transmits measurement and analysis information to a remote computing platform.
