Abstract: ABSTRACT IoT-Based Motor Health Monitoring Using Vibration Analysis and Machine Learning The present invention provides an IoT-based motor health monitoring and control system comprising a motor (101), tri-axis vibration sensor (102), ESP32 microcontroller (103), local display (104), indicators (105), alarm (106), motor driver (107), Wi-Fi module (109), cloud server (111) and user device (112). The ESP32 (103) acquires vibration data from the sensor (102), extracts RMS and Kurtosis, establishes a reference baseline and calculates a continuous 0–100% motor health score. An absolute vibration threshold is additionally evaluated for detecting pre-existing abnormal conditions. Motor data is transmitted through an Internet network (110) to the cloud server (111), where an SVM classification function (111a) classifies the motor as HEALTHY, WARNING or FAULT using vibration and operating features. Historical data is stored through (111b), while a web dashboard (111c) enables real-time monitoring and remote speed control through the motor driver (107). Figure-1
