Abstract: The present invention discloses an IoT-Enabled Intelligent Wastewater Treatment Monitoring and Resource Recovery Management System configured to provide continuous wastewater-quality monitoring, automated process control, remote supervision, and management of resources recovered during wastewater treatment. The system comprises a plurality of IoT-compatible sensors for monitoring parameters including pH, dissolved oxygen, turbidity, temperature, flow rate, water level, and sludge level at different treatment stages. Sensor information is transmitted to an IoT-enabled edge controller configured to perform data acquisition, filtering, validation, threshold evaluation, and condition assessment. Based on the monitored conditions, the controller regulates treatment equipment including aeration blowers, dosing pumps, water pumps, sludge pumps, and flow-control valves. A communication module transmits operational information to a cloud platform for data storage, historical analysis, intelligent evaluation, alert generation, and remote visualization through web or mobile interfaces. The system further incorporates resource recovery units for managing treated- water reuse, sludge processing, biogas generation, and recovery of nutrient-containing materials. Parameters associated with biogas and other recovery operations may be continuously monitored to evaluate resource production and process conditions. Treated wastewater satisfying predetermined requirements may be stored and reused for irrigation, industrial operations, landscaping, or other suitable applications. A closed-loop feedback mechanism utilizes monitored treatment and recovery information to adjust operational parameters. The integrated arrangement thereby facilitates timely fault detection, reduced manual supervision, efficient wastewater treatment, improved process control, beneficial resource utilization, water reuse, energy recovery, and environmentally sustainable wastewater management.
