Abstract: ABSTRACT IoT-Enabled Hydraulic Press with Predictive Maintenance and Remote Monitoring Dashboard An IoT-enabled hydraulic press system integrated with predictive maintenance capabilities and a remote monitoring dashboard to enhance operational efficiency, safety, and equipment lifespan in industrial environments. The system incorporates a network of embedded sensors including pressure, temperature, vibration, and oil quality sensors, which continuously monitor the real-time performance parameters of the hydraulic press. These data streams are transmitted via IoT communication protocols to a cloud-based analytics platform where advanced machine learning algorithms process and analyze the data to detect anomalies and predict potential failures before they occur. The predictive maintenance module utilizes historical and real-time data to generate actionable insights, reducing unplanned downtime and maintenance costs. Additionally, a user-friendly remote monitoring dashboard provides operators and maintenance personnel with live system status, alerts, performance analytics, and maintenance recommendations accessible via web and mobile interfaces. The system also supports automated shutdown or safety interventions in case of critical faults, thereby enhancing workplace safety. This invention significantly improves the reliability, productivity, and cost-effectiveness of hydraulic press operations, making it suitable for applications in manufacturing, automotive, aerospace, and heavy machinery industries.
