Abstract: Abstract “IOT-ENABLED ENERGY MANAGEMENT SYSTEM WITH PREDICTIVE AND ADAPTIVE CONTROL” The present invention relates to an IoT- enabled intelligent energy management system (100) for autonomous optimization of energy consumption across diverse infrastructures. The system (100) comprises an IoT layer (110) with smart meters (111) for high-resolution telemetry collection, including Total Harmonic Distortion (THD). The data is processed by a hybrid processing unit (120) and an intelligent core (140). The core utilizes a Generative Adversarial Network (GAN)-based forecasting module (142) to generate highly accurate energy demand predictions. These forecasts guide a self-optimizing reinforcement learning module (141), which selects optimal control actions based on a multi-objective reward function. The final control actions are refined by a Mamdani-style fuzzy logic controller (151) and implemented via an actuation layer (160). The system (100) includes a renewable energy management subsystem (152) for dynamic source switching and a predictive fault detection subsystem (153) for operational resilience. The system further features a gamified dashboard (171) to proactively influence user energy-saving behaviour.
