Abstract: ABSTRACT IOT-ENABLED COOPERATIVE SPECTRUM SENSING SYSTEM WITH DYNAMIC SECONDARY ACCESS The present Invention relates to an IoT-enabled cooperative spectrum sensing system (100) enabling secondary IoT devices (160) to dynamically access licensed spectrum bands. Distributed IoT sensor nodes (110) measure received signal energy in monitored frequency bands and transmit measurements to a central fusion centre (120) which applies SNR-weighted soft-combining through a fusion engine (122) to compute composite spectrum availability metrics. A threshold comparison unit (126) determines band vacancy. A dynamic spectrum access controller (130) assigns vacant bands to secondary IoT devices (160) with configurable access duration limits. A primary user resumption detector (140) triggers immediate band vacation upon detecting primary user signal resumption. A cloud spectrum management platform (150) logs occupancy measurements and access events and enables remote parameter configuration. The invention achieves cooperative sensing diversity gain superior to single-node and hard-decision fusion approaches. [
