Abstract: The present invention discloses the development of the fast-paced growth in urbanization poses significant challenges in logistics and smart city transport management due to the need for optimization on real-time basis. This paper discusses the use of a new system architecture that incorporates IoT-Edge-Cloud technologies to optimize processes in logistics and transportation. In our model, the use of Graph Theory is used to create a framework that models complicated traffic networks and logistic requirements to aid with analysis. On the other hand, machine learning algorithms will be applied to forecast traffic changes to enable informed decision-making. Edge layer facilitates timely data processing while cloud computing enables global optimization. The proposed model is capable of reducing transportation cost and time by ensuring that routes change depending on the current input. FIG.1
