Abstract: loT -connected smart clothing is an innovative wearable health care solution designed to track physical activity and metabolism in obese children. The system embeds many sensors in comfortable clothes to continually monitor physiological and activity-related characteristics 5 such as heart rate, body temperature, respiration rate, movement, perspiration level, and calorie expenditure. The acquired data is analysed by the A Tmega328P and wirelessly delivered via the LoRa SX1278 for remote health monitoring. The smart clothing system delivers continuous, non-invasive monitoring that does not interfere with children's regular activities. Motion and physiological sensors monitor physical activity, metabolic status, 10 posture, and workout performance in real time. Wireless communication allows parents and healthcare professionals to remotely monitor health issues via linked gadgets. This wearable monitoring strategy helps with obesity control, encourages healthier lives, and enhances healthcare supervision. The system provides a lightweight, energy-efficient, and user-friendly option for continuous paediatric health monitoring.
