Abstract: JOT-BASED TRAFFIC SIGNAL CONTROL SYSTEM FOR EMERGENCY VEHICLE PRIORITY This invention presents an intelligent loT -driven traffic management system (I 00) 5 aimed at improving emergency response times in congested urban areas. By integrating GPS tracking (102), cloud-based processing (108), and ToT-enabled traffic controllers (I 06), the system (I 00) dynamically adjusts traffic signals based on the real-time location of emergency vehicles. When an ambulance, fire truck, or police car approaches an intersection, the system (I 00) automatically switches the light to green, 10 facilitating a clear and uninterrupted path. Additionally, an Android-based mobile application (II 0) offers real-time traffic updates, optimized route suggestions, and hospital location data. The system (I 00) also leverages AT-powered predictive analytics to assess historical traffic patterns and optimize signal timing, enhancing overall traffic flow. Designed for scalability, this innovative solution minimizes delays, improves 15 road safety, and support efficient emergency vehicle navigation, making it an essential component of modern smart city infrastructure.
