Abstract: ABSTRACT IoT-BASED SMART POULTRY FARM ENVIRONMENTAL MONITORING AND VENTILATION CONTROL SYSTEM An IoT-based smart poultry farm environmental monitoring and automated ventilation control system for broiler houses. Wireless sensor node assemblies measure temperature, humidity, ammonia, carbon dioxide, and light intensity. An edge controller maintains broiler growth stage-specific environmental setpoint profiles and actuates ventilation fans, heating elements, and lighting systems based on measured deviations. A heating-ventilation coordination module prevents cold stress by activating heating to raise the house temperature to a pre-ventilation target before initiating ventilation purge cycles. An alert module dispatches notification when ammonia or carbon dioxide exceeds welfare thresholds. A cloud platform provides daily environmental summary reports through a dashboard interface and supports remote configuration of system parameters. The invention provides continuous, growth stage-aware, coordinated environmental control addressing the monitoring gap in small and medium-scale broiler production. [
