Abstract: The present invention describes an IoT-based smart knee health monitoring system designed to monitor and analyze knee joint conditions in real time. The system aims to support early detection of knee-related disorders such as osteoarthritis and improve continuous health monitoring. The system uses multiple sensors, including an EMG sensor to measure muscle activity, an accelerometer (MPU6050) to monitor knee movement, a temperature sensor to detect inflammation, a pulse sensor to measure heart rate, and a microphone sensor to capture vibration signals from the knee joint. All sensor data is collected and processed using a Raspberry Pi. The processed data is then transmitted to a cloud platform (ThingSpeak) using Wi-Fi for real-time monitoring and analysis. The system enables users and healthcare professionals to track knee health continuously through remote access. By providing multi-parameter monitoring and real-time data analysis, the system helps in the early detection and prevention of knee-related problems.
