Abstract: The present invention relates to an IoT-based smart electric vehicle charging station with dynamic load management and battery protection. The charging station comprises a power input unit, a plurality of charging outlets, a power measurement unit, a controller, a dynamic load management unit, a battery protection unit, and an IoT communication module. The controller determines available electrical capacity and allocates charging power among connected electric vehicles according to a predefined allocation policy. The system adjusts charging power in response to changes in electrical demand and monitors charging-related parameters, including voltage, current, and temperature information available through compatible interfaces. When a predefined abnormal condition is detected, the controller initiates a protective action, including power reduction or charging interruption. The IoT communication module transmits charging status, energy consumption, and fault information to a remote monitoring platform. The invention provides coordinated charging power management, real-time monitoring, and protective control for electric vehicle charging infrastructure.
