Abstract: ABSTRACT TITLE: IOT-BASED POLYMER VERTICAL EXTRUDER MACHINE An IoT-based polymer vertical extruder machine (100) comprising a vertical extruder assembly (110) with a hopper (111), an extruder barrel (112), an extruder screw (113), heating zones (114), an extrusion die (115) and a drive motor (116). An IoT sensor module (120) with temperature sensors (121), pressure sensors (122), vibration sensors (123), a torque sensor (124) and a proximity sensor (125) acquires real-time process data. A microcontroller unit (130) processes sensor data and transmits it via a communication module (140) to a cloud server (150) having a data storage module (151), an analytics engine (152) and a predictive maintenance module (153). A feedback control module (170) with a PID controller (171) dynamically adjusts extrusion parameters. A user interface module (160) provides real-time visualization through a local display panel (161), a mobile application (162) and a web dashboard (163). [Figure 1]
