Abstract: ABSTRACT IOT-BASED MACHINE ANOMALY DETECTION SYSTEM WITH MULTI-SENSOR INTEGRATION AND MOBILE MONITORING The present invention discloses an Internet of Things based machine anomaly detection and health monitoring system (100) comprising a sensor module (110) having a temperature sensor (112), a sound sensor (114), and a vibration sensor (116) operatively connected to a microcontroller unit (120). The microcontroller unit (120) acquires sensor data periodically, formats it into a structured data payload, and transmits the same wirelessly via a wireless communication network (130) to a backend processing server (140). The backend processing server (140) comprises an anomaly detection engine (144) configured to classify machine health status into predefined categories of GREEN, YELLOW, and RED based on threshold-based logic. A database module (150) stores sensor readings with timestamps for historical analysis. A mobile application interface (160) provides real-time visualization of sensor data and machine health status through color-coded indicators and generates alert notifications upon detection of anomalous conditions.
