The application for the patent was published on June 12, 2026, under issue no. 24/2026.
Abstract: The present invention discloses an IoT-based digital interactive mental assessment unit integrating a touchscreen psychometric questionnaire module, multimodal biometric sensors comprising photoplethysmography for heart rate variability, electrodermal activity electrodes for galvanic skin response, a camera for facial action unit analysis, and a microphone array for voice prosody analysis, together with an embedded machine-learning classification engine employing gradient-boosted decision trees and bidirectional LSTM networks. The system fuses self-reported responses with time-synchronized physiological biomarker data to generate composite severity scores across depression, anxiety, stress, and cognitive function dimensions. Computerized adaptive testing reduces assessment duration by forty percent while maintaining clinical precision. Validation with 250 participants demonstrated sensitivity exceeding eighty-five percent and AUC-ROC exceeding 0.88 across all dimensions. Assessment data is encrypted and transmitted via MQTT to a cloud analytics platform for longitudinal monitoring and clinical alerts.
