Abstract: The present invention discloses an IoT-Based Intelligent Real-Time Medical Procedure Recording and Monitoring System comprising one or more video capture devices, a plurality of IoT-enabled sensors, a processing and control unit, a communication module, and a data storage module configured for autonomous recording and monitoring of medical procedures. The system utilizes sensor-triggered event detection to automatically initiate, control, and manage video recording based on procedural events, medical instrument interactions, patient-related parameters, or predefined trigger conditions. The processing unit synchronizes video recordings with sensor data to generate procedural annotations, timestamps, event markers, and critical event alerts. The system further enables secure remote monitoring, telemedicine support, intelligent documentation, and storage management through wired or wireless communication networks. In one embodiment, artificial intelligence modules may be incorporated for procedure-stage recognition, anomaly detection, and automated documentation. The invention provides an integrated IoT-enabled platform for intelligent event- driven recording, monitoring, and management of medical procedures.
