Abstract: The present invention relates to an Internet of Things (IoT)-based industrial safety monitoring and hazard response system configured to continuously monitor hazardous environmental conditions within industrial facilities through an integrated network of sensors, embedded controllers, communication modules, and automated safety mechanisms. The system comprises a gas sensor, flame sensor, temperature and humidity sensor, embedded microcontroller, wireless IoT communication module, alarm devices, display unit, and remote monitoring interface for real-time industrial safety supervision. The embedded controller continuously receives sensor data, compares measured values with predefined safety thresholds, identifies hazardous conditions, and automatically activates appropriate safety responses including audible alarms, visual warning indicators, emergency control mechanisms, and remote notifications. The IoT communication module enables continuous transmission of operational information to cloud-based monitoring platforms, allowing authorized personnel to supervise industrial safety remotely. The invention further supports historical data storage, event logging, maintenance planning, and regulatory compliance through centralized monitoring and record management. Owing to its modular architecture, additional industrial sensing devices may be incorporated according to specific operational requirements. The disclosed invention provides improved industrial safety, rapid hazard detection, automated emergency response, remote monitoring capability, operational reliability, and reduced accident risks while offering an economical, scalable, and practical solution suitable for diverse industrial environments.
