Abstract: Title: IOT BASED EMERGENCY MEDICAL SERVICE (EMS) INTEGRATING WITH Al 5 The titled invention discloses an loT Based Emergency Medical Service (EMS) integrating with Artificial Intelligence (Al) for providing continuous health monitoring and rapid emergency response. The system comprises a wearable sensor unit (1), a sensor data acquisition module (2), a LoRaWAN communication module (3), a LoRaWAN gateway (4), a cloud server unit (5), a central processing unit (6), a GPS 10 location tracking module (7), a user interface display unit (8), an emergency response communication unit (9), and a power supply unit (10). The wearable sensor unit continuously acquires physiological parameters, which are processed and transmitted through the LoRaWAN communication network to the cloud server unit. The central processing unit analyzes the received data using artificial intelligence to detect 15 abnormalities, predict medical emergencies, and generate emergency alerts. The system further provides Al-assisted first aid guidance, remote telemedicine support, and automatic transmission of patient information and geographical location to nearby hospitals and emergency responders, thereby enabling timely medical intervention in both urban and remote areas.
