Abstract: The present invention relates to an IoT and Machine Learning Integrated Predictive Cyber Security System for Autonomous Network Threat Monitoring. The system comprises IoT devices, network monitoring gateways, data preprocessing units, machine learning prediction engines, anomaly detection modules, threat intelligence databases, autonomous response engines, cloud analytics platforms, and alert notification modules. Network traffic generated by IoT devices is continuously monitored and analyzed using machine learning algorithms to predict potential cyber threats before attacks occur. The system identifies abnormal network behaviors, evaluates threat probabilities, and automatically performs mitigation actions such as device isolation, firewall updates, traffic filtering, and access restriction. Continuous learning and cloud-based threat intelligence updates improve detection accuracy and cybersecurity resilience. The invention provides proactive, scalable, and autonomous network security suitable for smart cities, healthcare systems, industrial IoT environments, and enterprise networks.
