Abstract: The present invention discloses an IoT and Machine Learning Integrated Platform for Continuous Student Stress Monitoring, Prediction, and Personalized Well-Being Management. The system comprises a network of wearable and environmental sensors configured to continuously collect physiological, behavioral, and contextual data associated with student stress levels. The collected data include heart rate, heart rate variability, blood oxygen saturation, body temperature, sleep patterns, physical activity, and academic engagement metrics. The sensed information is transmitted through IoT communication modules to a cloud-based platform for secure storage and processing. A machine learning engine analyzes the acquired data to identify stress patterns, classify stress severity levels, and predict potential stress conditions before they become critical. Based on the analytical results, the system generates personalized recommendations such as relaxation exercises, study schedule adjustments, mindfulness activities, and counseling support. The platform further provides real-time alerts and interactive dashboards for students, parents, counselors, and educational administrators to facilitate timely intervention and improved mental well-being. The invention enables continuous, automated, and objective stress assessment while supporting preventive mental health management and enhanced academic performance within educational institutions.
