Abstract: IoT and Machine Learning Enabled Smart City Integrated Intelligent Petrol Bunk System for Fuel Dispensing Anomaly Prediction and Prevention is the proposed invention. The proposed invention discloses an IoT and machine learning enabled smart city integrated intelligent petrol bunk system employing a Mamba State Space Model (Mamba SSM) for real-time prediction and prevention of fuel dispensing anomalies. The system incorporates distributed IoT sensors to continuously monitor fuel flow, dispensing volume, nozzle pressure, underground tank levels, fuel quality, equipment health, environmental conditions, and transaction data. An edge computing gateway preprocesses the acquired multivariate time-series data before transmitting them to a cloud analytics platform. The Mamba SSM efficiently learns long-term temporal dependencies within continuous sensor streams to predict anomalies including fuel leakage, dispenser tampering, meter drift, unauthorized dispensing, cyber intrusions, and equipment failures with low computational overhead. Upon detection of high anomaly probability, an intelligent control module automatically suspends dispensing, isolates affected equipment, activates safety mechanisms, generates maintenance requests, and transmits alerts to operators and smart city monitoring systems. The invention improves operational reliability, fuel inventory accuracy, fraud prevention, customer confidence, and intelligent management of modern fuel dispensing infrastructure.
