Abstract: The present invention relates to the development of an Internet of Things (IoT) and cloud-computing based psychological behavior monitoring system and method for predicting the attitudes and emotional receptiveness of English Language Teachers (ELTs) to the adoption of Artificial Intelligence (AI) tools in teaching. The system includes two networks: wearable IoT sensors for collecting physiological signals like Heart Rate Variability (HRV) and Galvanic Skin Response (GSR), and ambient IoT sensors for behavioral metrics such as facial micro-expressions and vocal stress. Data is securely transmitted to a cloud environment, synchronized with API logs of teacher interactions with AI software. A deep learning predictive engine utilizing Long Short-Term Memory (LSTM) and Convolutional Neural Networks (CNN) analyzes this data to derive an AI Receptivity Score, presented on a secure dashboard, thus providing an objective measure over subjective self-reports for educational administrators.
