Abstract: ABSTRACT IOT AND AI INTEGRATED SYSTEM FOR AUTONOMOUS INSURANCE CLAIM VALIDATION AND SETTLEMENT A smart insurance claims automation system (100) integrating heterogeneous IoT sensor networks with AI-based fraud detection for autonomous claim validation and settlement is disclosed. The system (100) comprises an IoT sensor network (102) with vehicle telematics sensors (104), wearable health sensors (106), and smart home sensors (108), a communication module (110), an event reconstruction engine (112), a sensor corroboration engine (114), a dynamic sensor trust engine (116), a digital twin generation engine (118), a fraud fingerprint generation engine (120), an AI validation engine (122), an autonomous claim adjudication engine (124), and a payout authorization engine (126). The system autonomously detects insured events, reconstructs events through multi-source sensor corroboration, assigns dynamic trust scores, generates digital twin representations and fraud fingerprint vectors, evaluates fraud probability using AI models, and settles legitimate claims through a claims settlement platform (128) without manual claim submission.
