Abstract: ABSTRACT INVESTIGATION AND CHARACTERIZATION OF SELF-NANOEMULSIFYING DRUG DELIVERY SYSTEMS (SNEDDS) INCORPORATING GYMNEMA SYLVESTRE EXTRACT The invention relates to a Self-Nanoemulsifying Drug Delivery System (SNEDDS) for enhancing the bioavailability and therapeutic efficacy of Gymnemasylvestre extract, specifically for diabetes management. By incorporating bioactive compounds such as gymnemic acids and saponins into SNEDDS, the formulation improves their solubility and absorption. Characterized by particle size, zeta potential, and in-vitro release studies, the system ensures controlled release and stability. In-vivo tests show enhanced bioavailability and effective blood glucose management.
