Abstract: Abstract INVERTED FRONT FORK ASSEMBLY FOR VEHICLE The present invention relates to an inverted front fork assembly (100) for a vehicle, particularly applicable for telescopic front forks of two-wheelers and three-wheelers. The assembly (100) comprises an inner tube (10), an outer tube (20), a piston (40), a non- return valve assembly (50), a check valve assembly (60), an axle bracket (70), and a main spring (80). The piston (40) includes a compression orifice (30) drilled through the head of the piston, a central compression orifice (32) located on a hollow stem of the piston above a bump stop holder (22), and at least one rebound orifice (34) formed on one side wall of the piston stem above a retainer (46). The positioning of these orifices enables controlled oil flow during compression and rebound strokes. During compression, oil flows through the compression orifices (30, 32) to fill a rebound chamber (94), while the non-return valve assembly (50) and check valve assembly (60) direct and regulate the flow. During rebound, oil passes through the rebound orifices (34) to generate rebound damping. This configuration ensures consistent damping forces, enhanced oil management, and reduced cavitation in an inverted front fork design. Ref. Fig. 2
