Abstract: An inventory management and personalization system for retail environments, comprising a compartmentalized enclosure 101 to store and display distinct inventory items, a control unit to process the inventory data to predict future demand for at least a subset of inventory items based on real-time inventory and sales history fetched from a linked database and generate reorder recommendations and inventory allocation actions via a wireless communication module for preventing shortages and wastage, a customer interaction module to enable a customer to provide specifications regarding an item to be purchased, the control unit correlate the specifications with the inventory data to generate availability, processing and personalized recommendations for the customer, an access assembly disposed with each compartment, configured to provide access for a recommended item to the customer, and an environment management module to regulate storage conditions in response to the measured temperature or humidity and pre-defined requirements.
