Abstract: This invention describes an advanced intelligent machine learning algorithm-based approach to automatic prediction of diabetes probability through processing of clinical and demographic information about the patient. Through analysing of the main parameters including glucose level, BMI, age, blood pressure, insulin, HbA1c and family history, this system allows classifying people as diabetic, prediabetic and non-diabetic. With the help of data pre-processing, feature selection and predictive modelling, the system provides efficient diabetes screening and decision making. The described invention can be used for the purpose of improving early diagnostics of diabetes in order to avoid delay in diagnostics and development of complicated conditions. It uses trained machine learning/deep learning models for the analysis of data related to diabetes and prediction of results. This system can be used via web and mobile applications. This invention increases the accuracy of prediction due to the training and validation of the model based on the labelled data and allows for fast risk assessment.
