Abstract: Abstract Adaptive Constraint-Driven Intelligent Framework for Generative Vehicle Suspension Design The present invention discloses a computer-implemented framework for automated design and optimization of vehicle suspension systems using adaptive constraint evolution, hierarchical multi-objective optimization, manufacturing-aware design refinement, digital twin validation, and engineering knowledge transfer. Vehicle-specific design parameters are utilized to establish an adaptive design space for generating multiple suspension architectures. Candidate designs are evaluated using structural and dynamic simulations, following which engineering constraints are automatically modified according to intermediate performance results, manufacturability assessments, and digital twin feedback. The optimized suspension architectures are iteratively refined until predetermined objectives relating to structural integrity, ride comfort, handling stability, durability, packaging efficiency, manufacturability, and component weight are simultaneously satisfied. The framework further employs knowledge transfer from previously validated designs to accelerate optimization and improve solution quality. The invention significantly reduces engineering design iterations, product development time, and manufacturing complexity while generating high-performance, production-ready vehicle suspension systems.
