Abstract: The embodiments of the present disclosure relate to an interface interaction method and apparatus, a device and a storage medium. The method provided herein comprises: presenting a playback interface of a target work, the playback interface containing a target area displaying a navigation bar; and, in response to receiving a first preset operation for pausing the playback of the target work, switching the target area to presenting a control panel, the control panel containing at least one control associated with the target work. In this way, in playback pause states, the embodiments of the present disclosure can use navigation areas to provide quick control entries for users, thus improving interaction efficiency.
