Abstract: ABSTRACT The present invention discloses an artificial intelligence-based computer-implemented system (100) for early probable detection, evaluation and personalized improvement of neurodevelopmental delays in children. The system (100) comprises registration and onboarding services (102), a detection module (104), a clinical evaluation module (106), an intervention module (108), and a dashboard module (110). The detection module (104) captures multimodal behavioral signals from standard consumer devices without external sensors. The clinical evaluation module (106) cooperates with a golden dataset evaluation framework (300), AI signal comparison engine (308), domain score generator (318), severity indicator generator (320), and clinician validation gate (322) to generate clinician-reviewable developmental indicators. The intervention module (108) uses an agentic AI coaching engine (1000), persistent multi-layer coaching memory (1101-1113), and behavioral pattern confidence algorithm (1202-1214) to generate adaptive personalized activity plans. The dashboard module (110) presents validated progress, recommendations and longitudinal monitoring outputs. FIG.1 is selected. 38 Claims, 13 Drawing Sheets
