Abstract: Interactive Multi-Layer Rotating ZMOT -AIDA Consumer Journey Visualisation and Teaching Apparatus. This invention describes a physical interactive apparatus for visually representing an integrated consumer decision journey incorporating Attention, Interest, Zero Moment of Truth, Desire, Action, and post-purchase Experience. The apparatus comprises a plurality of vertically arranged stage layers housed within a substantially transparent enclosure and supported upon a stable base. A Zero Moment of Truth research layer is structurally positioned between the Interest and Desire stages and visually presents a plurality of independent consumer research touchpoints including search engines, online reviews, social media, influencer content, and user-generated content. At least selected stage layers are independently rotatable to permit individual stages to be isolated, inspected, aligned, and demonstrated. A post-purchase Experience layer is associated with a feedback representation extending toward an earlier stage of the decision journey, thereby visually representing a recurring consumer-information cycle. The apparatus is particularly suitable for marketing education, strategic planning, training, workshops, exhibitions, and consumer-behaviour demonstrations.
