Abstract: ABSTRACT Interactive Illuminated Medicine Cup Support System for Pediatric Medicine Administration discloses a child-friendly medicine administration aid for encouraging 5 infants and young children to consume medicine willingly. The system comprises a support base configured to receive and hold a conventional medicine measuring cup, a switch for activating the system, a microcontroller, and a plurality of light-emitting elements. The microcontroller controls the light-emitting elements to generate a predetermined sequential color-changing illumination during medicine 10 administration. The support base may be formed in a child- friendly decorative shape such as a cartoon character, animal, toy-like structure, or other visually attractive pediatric design.
