The application for the patent was published on September 25, 2026, under issue no. 39/2026.
Abstract: The present invention relates to an intelligent wearable system for worker fatigue and unsafe activity prediction, designed to continuously monitor workers during industrial, construction, manufacturing, and other hazardous working environments. The system comprises a wearable sensing unit, a processing unit, a communication module, and an alerting unit. The wearable sensing unit acquires physiological and activity-related parameters such as heart rate, body motion, acceleration, posture, body temperature, and activity patterns. The acquired data are processed to identify variations associated with physical fatigue, abnormal posture, excessive exertion, prolonged inactivity, and potentially unsafe activities. An intelligent prediction module analyzes the extracted parameters using predefined thresholds and/or machine- learning techniques to estimate the worker's fatigue level and predict unsafe activities. When a fatigue condition or unsafe activity is detected or predicted, the system generates a real-time warning through a wearable alert, mobile device, or remote monitoring interface. The proposed system enables continuous, non-invasive, and real- time worker monitoring, thereby supporting early detection of fatigue and unsafe behaviour and facilitating timely preventive intervention.
