Abstract: The present invention discloses an Intelligent Human Capital Analytics and Strategic Decision Support System for integrating and analyzing multidimensional human capital information to support strategic workforce decision-making. The system comprises a human capital data acquisition module, data integration and preprocessing module, human capital data repository, analytics engine, workforce condition assessment module, competency and skill gap analysis module, workforce risk and opportunity detection module, predictive analytics module, strategic intervention recommendation module, decision evaluation and prioritization module, workforce scenario simulation module, and management dashboard. The system receives employee and organizational information including performance, competencies, workload, attendance, training, career progression, workforce requirements, and related indicators, and processes the information using analytical, statistical, rule-based, and/or predictive techniques. The system identifies workforce patterns, competency gaps, emerging human capital risks, talent opportunities, and potential future workforce conditions. Based on the identified conditions, the system generates, evaluates, and prioritizes strategic interventions such as training, internal mobility, recruitment, workload redistribution, retention measures, and succession planning. The system further enables comparison of alternative workforce scenarios and presents structured decision-support outputs to authorized users. The invention thereby provides an integrated technological framework for transforming fragmented human capital information into actionable workforce intelligence and supporting evidence-based strategic human capital decisions.
