Abstract: The present invention relates to IntelliNav, an intelligent Autonomous Mobile Robot (AMR) fleet management system for coordinating multiple AMRs in a shared operating environment. The system receives transport tasks and evaluates robot location, availability, battery level, workload, task priority, and operational status to select a suitable AMR. It generates and coordinates movement paths while continuously monitoring robot conditions and task progress. When an assigned AMR becomes unavailable, encounters a fault, or has insufficient battery capacity, IntelliNav automatically identifies another suitable AMR and reassigns the pending task. The system further manages potential path conflicts between multiple AMRs and provides centralized fleet monitoring, task tracking, alerts, and performance analytics. The invention provides an adaptive and scalable approach for improving fleet utilization, reducing task delays, minimizing manual intervention, optimizing resource utilization, and enabling reliable autonomous material transportation in warehouse and industrial environments under dynamically changing operating conditions and improving overall warehouse operational efficiency.
