Abstract: ABSTRACT The present invention relates to an intelligent task and deadline management system (100) for adaptive task prioritization and reminder scheduling. The system (100) comprises a user interaction module (101), a backend processing server (102), an AI-driven prioritization and reminder engine (103) including a behavioural interaction monitoring module (104) and a multi-factor urgency scoring module (105), an adaptive notification scheduling and delivery module (106), a cloud database module (107), an AI-assisted suggestion module (108), a behavioural model update module (109), and a priority queue management module (110). The user interaction module (101) enables user authentication, task creation, deadline assignment, task completion updates, and display of prioritized tasks. The urgency scoring module (105) computes an urgency score based on at least deadline proximity, historical task completion behaviour, user engagement pattern, and task interdependency. The priority queue management module (110) dynamically reorders tasks, while the adaptive notification scheduling and delivery module (106) selectively generates immediate or adaptively scheduled reminder notifications. The behavioural model update module (109) continuously refines task prioritization using recorded task completion outcomes, thereby improving scheduling accuracy, reducing missed deadlines, and enhancing overall task management efficiency.
