Abstract: ABSTRACT The present invention relates to an intelligent system (100) for detection and monitoring of Alzheimer’s-associated biological changes. The system (100) comprises a biological sample acquisition module (102), biomarker detection module (104), data preprocessing module (106), feature extraction and selection module (108), biomarker integration engine (110), intelligent analysis module (112), knowledge base/model repository (114), subject database (116), longitudinal monitoring module (118), explainability module (120), confidence estimation module (122), and output interface module (124). The system (100) acquires a biological sample (103), detects a plurality of biological markers, preprocesses and integrates corresponding biomarker data, and applies artificial intelligence and/or machine-learning models to generate an Alzheimer’s-associated biomarker profile and classification output. Historical profiles are compared to generate temporal trends, while explainability and confidence information are determined. The output interface (124) provides the biomarker profile, classification, trends, confidence information, alerts, and reports to an authorized user (125). Figure associated with Abstract is Fig. 1.
