Abstract: Abstract An intelligent sustainable packaging optimization system for improving supply chain management's effectiveness and environmental performance is the subject of the current invention. To provide optimal packaging solutions, the system combines lifecycle assessment (LCA) methods, material selection processes, and powerful data analytics. It gathers input data about product attributes, supply chain elements, transit circumstances, and packaging materials. The system assesses various aspects, including cost effectiveness, environmental impact, material consumption, and logistical performance, based on this data. A smart material selection module that suggests environmentally appropriate packaging materials, such as recyclable and biodegradable substitutes, is a crucial component of the concept. The lifecycle assessment module also examines packaging's environmental impact at every stage of its existence, from the extraction of raw materials to recycling or disposal. After processing these data, the optimization engine produces suggestions for cutting waste, lowering carbon emissions, and increasing operational effectiveness in real time. A decision-support interface is another feature of the system that helps industry choose the best packaging options. The idea offers a scalable and automated solution for contemporary supply chains by fusing sustainability with performance optimization. It ensures adherence to environmental rules and fosters sustainable development in the manufacturing, logistics, e-commerce, and packaging sectors.
