Abstract: The present invention discloses an intelligent smart classroom management and student engagement analytics system using artificial intelligence and the Internet of Things, implemented as an integrated electronic apparatus. The system comprises a classroom sensing unit configured to acquire synchronized visual, audio, occupancy, motion, and environmental information, an Internet of Things communication unit for secure data transmission, and an edge processing unit for synchronization, signal conditioning, feature extraction, and data normalization. An engagement analytics processor determines student attention, participation, collaborative interaction, and instructional responsiveness, while an attendance verification unit generates authenticated attendance records using multimodal information. An environmental assessment unit monitors classroom conditions, and a classroom resource control unit regulates connected classroom equipment accordingly. A scheduling processor coordinates instructional activities, while a centralized classroom management unit generates attendance summaries, engagement reports, and instructional recommendations. A notification unit communicates operational alerts, and a security processor ensures authenticated access, encrypted communication, and secure information storage.
