MUMBAI, India, Aug. 17 -- Intellectual Property India has published a patent application (202621078408 A) filed by Lnct University on June 25, 2026, for Intelligent Single-Phase Pwm Inverter System For Renewable Energy Sources With Enhanced Power Quality.
Inventors include Ritu Kurchania; and Dr. Anurag Sd Rai.
The application for the patent was published on August 14, 2026, under issue no. 33/2026.
Abstract: The present invention discloses an intelligent single-phase PWM inverter system for renewable energy applications. The system comprises a solar photovoltaic array, MPPT controller, sinusoidal PWM generator, H-bridge inverter, LCL filter, transformer, measurement unit, and utility grid interface. The inverter converts DC power generated by the photovoltaic source into high-quality AC power suitable for local loads and utility grids. The LCL filter minimizes harmonic distortion while the MPPT controller maximizes solar energy extraction. The proposed system provides improved efficiency, stable operation, enhanced power quality, and reliable grid synchronization, making it suitable for modern renewable energy systems.
