Abstract: ABSTRACT Intelligent Solar Panel Dry Cleaning System The present invention relates to an intelligent solar panel dry cleaning system (100) comprising a solar photovoltaic panel (101), dust sensor (102), ESP32 controller (105), motor driver (107), DC motor (108), pulley-guided brush/wiper mechanism (109), solar power and battery unit (106), and IoT communication arrangement (111–113). The dust sensor (102) periodically detects particulate accumulation and supplies corresponding sensor data to the ESP32 controller (105), which compares the detected value with a configurable cleaning threshold. When the threshold is satisfied, the controller (105) automatically actuates the motor driver (107) to drive the DC motor (108), thereby moving the brush/wiper mechanism (109) across the photovoltaic panel (101) for water-free dry cleaning. Following a predetermined cleaning cycle, the motor (108) is stopped and monitoring resumes. The controller (105) further transmits dust readings, cleaning events and system status to an IoT cloud platform (112), enabling remote monitoring and control through a mobile/web application (113).
