Abstract: The present invention discloses an Adaptive Self-Priming and Multi-Stage Debris Separation Assembly for Centrifugal Pump Systems. The assembly comprises a Water Intake Module, a Hydraulic Retention Chamber, a Cyclonic Debris Separation Module, a Multi-Stage Filter Cartridge, an Automatic Air Release Module, a Pressure Equalization Module, a Pump Interface Module, and a Modular Maintenance and Monitoring Assembly arranged to provide continuous hydraulic priming and efficient contaminant removal prior to water entering a centrifugal pump. The Hydraulic Retention Chamber maintains a standing priming volume, while the Cyclonic Debris Separation Module removes coarse suspended particles using rotational hydraulic flow before progressive filtration by the Multi-Stage Filter Cartridge. The Automatic Air Release Module continuously expels entrapped air, and the Pressure Equalization Module stabilizes suction pressure to minimize cavitation and hydraulic shock. Filtered, air-free, and pressure-stabilized water is subsequently delivered to the centrifugal pump through the Pump Interface Module. The integrated assembly improves priming reliability, filtration efficiency, hydraulic stability, pump efficiency, operational reliability, and service life while reducing manual priming, maintenance requirements, energy losses, and downtime across agricultural, domestic, industrial, firefighting, and water treatment applications.
