The application for the patent was published on September 25, 2026, under issue no. 39/2026.
Abstract: The intelligent wireless communication system should provide increased reliability, efficiency and adaptability of data transmission in dynamic and unpredictable environments. The system is based on predictive modelling which uses historical and current signal measurements to predict future channel conditions. It can dynamically optimize important transmission parameters like power, margin, modulations, channel coding rates and more in advance in response to variations in the signal quality. The adaptive behavior enables to keep the system connected in rapidly changing interference, mobility and fading environments. This system features a learning mechanism that continuously optimizes performance by learning from past transmissions, besides prediction and adaptation. Successful and failed packet delivery is studied to improve decision making policies, so that the system can maximize its throughput while keeping packet error rates and packet re-transmissions as low as possible. Machine learning methods are used to detect patterns of channel behavior and user needs, enabling more efficient use of resources throughout the network.Combining these elements creates a self-optimizing communication system ready to function in various wireless environments, such as mobile networks, Internet of Things (IoT) deployments and next-generation wireless infrastructures (5G, 6G). The system optimizes reliability and spectral efficiency, minimizes latency, and boosts quality of service. In the end, this intelligent wireless solution is a step from being fixed and static to truly adaptive communication, truly adaptive wireless, that's going to be constantly learning and predicting, improving performance. It offers the basis for future wireless networks which need to operate in increasingly challenged and congested spectral environments, with high data rates and high reliability demands, under conditions of massive connectivity.
