Abstract: ABSTRACT Intelligent Pantograph Wireless Charging and Automated Docking System for Electric Buses The present invention relates to an intelligent pantograph wireless charging and automated docking system (100) for an electric bus (110), comprising an ESP32 microcontroller (101), ultrasonic sensor arrangement (102), RFID module (103), relay module (104), servo motor (105), LCD display (106), wireless charging transmitter coil (107), receiver coil (108) and power supply (109). The ultrasonic sensor arrangement (102) detects the position of the electric bus (110), while the ESP32 microcontroller (101) provides directional docking instructions through the LCD display (106). After suitable docking alignment, the RFID module (103) authenticates the electric bus (110), following which the relay module (104) activates wireless charging. The servo motor (105) automatically adjusts the position or height of the transmitter coil (107) relative to the receiver coil (108) for improved power transfer. Charging is automatically interrupted when docking alignment is lost or RFID authentication is removed, thereby providing improved charging efficiency, safety, authentication and reduced manual intervention.
