Abstract: ABSTRACT INTELLIGENT MULTI-JOURNAL MANUSCRIPT ROUTING AND SEQUENTIAL REVIEW MANAGEMENT SYSTEM A computer-implemented system and method for intelligent multi-journal manuscript submission, matching, and sequential review management within a unified publishing ecosystem is disclosed. The system enables authors to submit a manuscript through a unified interface and select multiple journals for consideration. An AI-based journal matching engine (106) analyses manuscript content to generate compatibility scores and journal recommendations. A journal priority queue module (116) establishes a predefined journal sequence. A sequential review and ethical compliance module (120) enforces a review-lock mechanism permitting only one journal to conduct peer review at a given time while maintaining remaining journals in standby state. Upon rejection, an automatic manuscript transfer module (124) routes the manuscript to the next journal without requiring resubmission. A reviewer optimization module (126) prevents duplicate reviewer invitations across journals. All modules integrate through a central database (130) providing transparent, traceable, and ethically compliant publication management. [
