The application for the patent was published on July 03, 2026, under issue no. 27/2026.
Abstract: The present invention relates to an Intelligent Legal Document Analysis System using Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) designed to automate the processing and interpretation of legal documents. The system enables users to upload legal documents in multiple formats, including PDF, DOC/DOCX, and TXT files, and performs text extraction, preprocessing, chunking, and semantic embedding generation. The generated embeddings are stored in a FAISS-based vector database, which facilitates efficient retrieval of relevant document content. By integrating semantic search with a Large Language Model, the system provides accurate, context- aware responses to user queries while minimizing the generation of incorrect or unsupported information. The invention further provides automated document summarization, obligation extraction, risk identification, and interactive chat-based analysis to simplify the understanding of complex legal content. The system generates structured outputs and downloadable reports that assist users in making informed decisions. By combining artificial intelligence, natural language processing, vector-based retrieval, and generative AI technologies, the invention improves efficiency, reduces manual effort, enhances accessibility to legal information, and supports both legal professionals and non-expert users in analyzing legal documents effectively.
